Greet and register patients in a professional and compassionate manner
Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and ensure accurate patient information
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
Maintain accurate records in EMR systems
Provide excellent customer service and patient support
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
? What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
