Executive Assistant to Investment Team

Our client, a well-established asset management firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic investment team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the team, acting as a true partner to senior professionals in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of investment professionals, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing communication with internal stakeholders and external clients
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, investor calls, and team events, including preparation of materials and follow-ups
• Process expense reports and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist with onboarding of new hires and general team operations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proactively anticipate team needs and streamline processes to improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting a team in a corporate environment, preferably within asset management, private equity, or financial services
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A proactive, “no task too small” mindset with a strong sense of ownership
