Akkodis is seeking for TMV (Test Method Validation) Engineer for a 6+ Months Contract job with a client . Ideally looking for Develop and execute TMV protocols and reports.

Rate Range: $45/Hour to $49/Hour on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Test Method Validation (TMV) Engineer to support medical device development and quality initiatives. This role involves developing and validating test methods, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute TMV protocols and reports
• Create test procedures, validation plans, and acceptance criteria
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and test methods
• Perform Gage R&R (Repeatability & Reproducibility) studies
• Select and utilize appropriate measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and R&D teams
• Generate audit-ready documentation in compliance with ISO and regulatory standards
• Train operators, engineers, and quality personnel on validated inspection methods

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Test Method Validation (TMV) , preferably in the medical device industry
• Strong knowledge of Gage R&R and measurement system analysis (MSA)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with measurement tools and inspection techniques
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
