At PAX, you’ll work alongside a collaborative, forward-thinking team in a fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged and ideas move quickly from concept to reality.

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Training & Development Specialist to support the development and delivery of training programs across PAX products and solutions. This role will play a critical part in enabling employees, partners, and stakeholders with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively understand and support our payment technologies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand training experiences.

This is an onsite role in our Jacksonville office working Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on PAX products, including payment devices, software platforms, and integrated solutions
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions in both in-person and virtual environments for internal teams and external partners
• Create, update, and maintain training materials such as presentations, videos, job aids, and e-learning modules
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with current offerings
• Support new product launches by developing training strategies, enablement content, and rollout plans
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; continuously refine and improve training programs
• Facilitate onboarding training for new hires across relevant departments to ensure a strong foundation in PAX products and processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on PAX solutions and stay informed on industry trends within the payments ecosystem

What You’ll Need

• 3-5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or a related field
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality training experiences

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with payment technologies, fintech, or POS systems
• Experience supporting product launches or sales enablement initiatives
• Ability to design interactive and engaging learning experiences across multiple formats
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally
