Salary: $92,200 - 115,300 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant tooling experience in a manufacturing setting.
• We prefer candidates with 10+ years of relevant tooling experience and aerostructures experience.
• We look for driven, innovative professionals who take initiative.
• We value excellent communication skills.
• We prefer experience with Catia, SolidWorks, or similar 3D modeling tools.
• We need someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• We expect strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• We require the ability to travel internationally.
• We require U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, or protected individual status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

• We contribute to the development of production systems and working methods, helping shape designs that lower production costs without affecting function, safety, or quality.
• We create new technical solutions and support efficient production systems and assembly lines based on Lean principles.
• We apply advanced tooling solutions where they can deliver the greatest value.
• We ensure tooling resources are accurate and available on time, with processes in place for maintenance and calibration.
• We drive continuous improvement across tooling resources and related processes.
• We consistently demonstrate our core values of trust, drive, expertise, and support.
• We collaborate with tooling resources in Sweden to deliver tooling solutions.
• We help foster a people-first culture aligned with Saab values.
• We may work extended schedules when needed to support the business.
• We handle other duties as assigned.
