Location: Hybrid - American Fork, UT

A Day in the Life of the Senior Product Manager

In this role, you’ll help drive the strategy and execution of a growing portfolio of software solutions designed to help dental practices run more efficiently and effectively. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define product roadmaps, and deliver innovative solutions that create real value for customers. Your work will directly influence product direction, customer experience, and business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct customer research, interviews, and analysis to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences
  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps using data and insights to guide platform and product investments
  • Prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies to deliver high-impact product experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to bring products to market
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Translate large product visions into actionable milestones and lean experiments
  • Mentor teammates and share knowledge across the product organization
  • Build strong partnerships across business units in a matrixed environment
  • Provide updates to executives and senior leadership on product outcomes and impact

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with healthcare or RCM products
  • Proven experience owning and scaling a product or platform
  • Experience balancing long-term strategy with short-term delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to break down complex product visions into achievable milestones
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
