Basic Job Functions: Provide administrative support across:
• Union/CBA management, employee data administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR processes
• Maintain accurate employee and union records in Navision
• Support audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
• Assist with payroll processing and HR-related accounts payable
• Manage employment verifications and compliance documentation
• Support company driver program records
• Provide general Salt Lake City branch administrative support
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements: • Two years of work experience in an administrative environment
• OR a combination of related work experience and education

• Customer Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. This also includes effectively anticipating and meeting customer needs and the ability to adjust approach based on the situation.
• Attention to Detail: Thorough in accomplishing tasks, no matter how small they may be, and taking care to make sure that expectations are met.
Preferences: • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
• Payroll and HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• SAP or similar HRIS experience
