Powder Coating

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coater. The ideal candidate will support powder coating operations by preparing, coating, and inspecting parts to meet quality standards.

Powder Coating Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )

• Pretreat, clean, mask, prime, and powder coat a variety of parts
• Use industrial paint sprayers as required
• Perform required quality checks:
  • First-piece inspections
  • In-process inspections
  • Final inspections
• Load parts onto the line correctly to maximize line capacity
• Change hanging patterns as needed
• Hang color tags for paint color changes
• Apply plugs and tape to parts prior to coating
• Sand and correct parts as needed to meet quality standards
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

Powder Coating Qualifications:

• Prior painting experience using a sprayer
• Prior powder coating experience
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle parts as required
• Dependable with good attendance

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
