Job Description:
Immediate opening for a Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician. This is a field-based role working across multiple sites handling HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work. If you know your way around equipment, can troubleshoot issues, and don’t need to be micromanaged, this is a solid opportunity.
Day-to-day is a mix of preventive maintenance, service calls, and fixing things that break. You’ll be working on HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing components, and general building repairs. You’ll also run site checks, handle work orders, and jump on urgent issues when they come up. Some after-hours and on-call work is part of the job.
Looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in building maintenance with strong HVAC skills. EPA Universal Certification is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable working in the field, lifting up to 80 lbs, and using ladders.
