Compensation:$49,600 - $63,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Tampa Bay Area Counseling is a unique, therapist-owned and operated mental health practice founded by counselors with 20+ years of experience. We have over 40 full-time, W-2 employed counselors working Monday–Friday with no evenings or weekends. Our clinic-based model emphasizes collaboration, support, and clinical excellence. Our environment is very social and collaborative.
We offer private, non-shared offices and a comprehensive benefits package including paid same-day cancellations, company-paid malpractice insurance, free clinical supervision for interns, yearly raises, medical/dental/vision insurance, life and short-term disability insurance, EAP, 401(k), PTO, and 0% interest clinical advancement loans.
