Job Title: Japanese / English Bilingual Production Assistant

Location: Canton, MS or Smyrna, TN

Salary Range: $50,000+ (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Japanese/English Bilingual Production Assistant to support our manufacturing operations in Canton, MS. This hands-on role involves assisting in day-to-day production activities, monitoring product quality, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with product assembly, packaging, and visual inspections
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
• Monitor product quality and promptly report any defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Support inventory tracking and assist with material handling tasks

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Familiarity with basic production equipment is a plus
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate loads
