Salary: $85,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree.
• We require at least 3 years of full-stack development experience with C# and .NET.
• We require at least 2 years of experience in IT business analysis and RPA development.
• We require at least 2 years of experience working with ERP systems.
• We require strong proficiency with UiPath, and experience with REFramework is a strong advantage.
• We require advanced knowledge of relational databases and expert-level SQL skills.
• We require experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio.
• We prefer prior experience in automotive manufacturing, including familiarity with IATF 16949 and just-in-time sequencing.
• We prefer deep understanding of ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Plex.
• We require the ability to translate shop floor language into technical requirements.
• We require a project management mindset focused on delivering production-ready automation solutions.
• We require a valid drivers license for travel between facilities.
• We require the ability to travel occasionally by car, air, and potentially internationally.

• We design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows using UiPath.
• We conduct user acceptance testing and ensure our bots are resilient, scalable, and production-ready.
• We serve as the main connection between IT and manufacturing operations.
• We document current-state processes and define future-state automated workflows.
• We interface with relational databases to extract, transform, and load data.
• We write complex SQL queries to support automation logic and business reporting.
• We work within our ERP environment to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
• We develop custom scripts and integrations using C# and .NET when standard RPA tools are not enough.
• We identify bottlenecks on the shop floor and develop automation solutions that address them.
• We help move ideas from concept through deployment as reliable digital assets.
• We travel between our Ohio facilities and, when needed, to other U.S. or international locations.

In this role, you will help connect manufacturing operations with automation technology to improve processes across our production lifecycle.
