Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Insulation Technician to join our team. This role involves installing various types of insulation, including fiberglass, cellulose, and mineral wool, to ensure energy efficiency and comfort in both commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit in designated spaces.
• Install fiberglass, cellulose, and mineral wool insulation in walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Safely handle and dispose of insulation materials, following safety guidelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate with clients to explain installation procedures and ensure satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work on commercial jobs involving overnight stays for one week or longer preferred.
• Previous experience in insulation installation preferred.
• Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and their properties.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and handle heavy materials.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
