About the Role

We are partnered with a well-established electrical contractor in the San Antonio area that is actively looking to bring on an Electrical Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial and mission-critical projects.

This role will be responsible for leading field operations, coordinating crews and foremen, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations on electrical construction projects
• Manage foremen, electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers to maintain project schedules and budgets
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and jobsite safety programs
• Conduct daily site walks and track job progress
• Maintain productivity, quality control, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate inspections and interface with inspectors and general contractors
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project timelines

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent (or strong General Foreman ready to step up)
• Background in commercial electrical construction
• Experience managing large crews and complex projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Experience with Procore or similar project management systems preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
