Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment. In this role, you will provide technical support across desktop and mobile platforms, assist end users, and ensure smooth IT operations within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Windows-based desktops and mobile devices
  • Image and deploy desktop systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical assistance
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges
  • Maintain documentation and follow IT support procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience
  • Knowledge of operating systems and databases
  • Familiarity with:
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and Visio
  • UNIX systems
  • Oracle and SQL databases
  • HL7 standards (including New HL7V)
  • Understanding of Healthcare Information Systems
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, HTML, Visual Basic, C, C++, or Perl
