Compensation:

$120,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
  • Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to analyze case details and identify the best course of action.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and empowered throughout the legal process.
  • Conduct thorough research and gather evidence to build strong cases that stand up in court.
  • Negotiate skillfully with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and changes to provide cutting-edge defense strategies and advice to clients and colleagues alike.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
  • Experience in criminal defense law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes in plea deals and settlements.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively inform and empower clients throughout the legal process.
  • Proficiency in legal research and evidence gathering to build compelling cases for court presentations and negotiations with prosecutors and judges alike.
