Palm Health Resources, a nationally recognized healthcare staffing firm, is seeking a Credentialing Specialist with locum tenens experience credentialing locums Physicians & Advanced Practice Professionals to join our dynamic team. What Youll Do:

• Manage the full credentialing process for locum tenens physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple specialties and state lines
• Coordinate all aspects of licensing, payer enrollment, verifications, and privileging with hospitals and facilities
• Track and maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements
• Serve as a liaison between providers, clients, and internal recruiters to keep credentialing timelines on track
• Monitor expiration dates and proactively manage re-credentialing and renewal processes
• Ensure a high level of communication, organization, and responsiveness throughout every phase of the credentialing lifecycle

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in credentialing locum tenens providers (Required)
• Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, licensing boards, and credentialing best practices
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and time management skills
• A strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision
• Tech-savvy, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment
