We're hiring a Commercial Sign Installer to join a growing team specializing in the installation of commercial signs, channel letters, illuminated signage, monuments, and other custom sign systems. Responsibilities

• Install commercial signs, channel letters, cabinets, monument signs, and illuminated signage
• Read blueprints, site plans, and installation drawings
• Perform basic electrical connections and troubleshoot sign lighting components
• Measure, layout, and install mounting systems using carpentry and construction techniques
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts
• Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and job site personnel
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial sign installation, construction, carpentry, electrical, or related field experience
• Basic electrical knowledge, including wiring, conduit, and troubleshooting
• Carpentry experience with measuring, layout, fastening, and structural mounting
• Ability to read blueprints, installation drawings, and tape measurements accurately
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work at heights using ladders and aerial equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating boom lifts, bucket trucks, cranes, or aerial work platforms
• CDL or experience towing trailers
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Welding or fabrication experience
• Crane signaling or rigging experience
• Previous experience installing illuminated signs or LED sign systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Ability to work outdoors year-round
• Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing
