Bookkeeper (Construction Focus | Growth Opportunity)
Tampa, FL (Onsite) - Up to $30/hr

A growing organization is looking to add a Bookkeeper to support project-based accounting operations. This is an onsite role offering strong long-term stability for someone with construction experience who enjoys working closely with project teams and financial data.

What You'll Do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including subcontractor and vendor invoices
• Track project costs, labor, and materials, including AIA billing
• Prepare financial statements and job profitability reports
• Assist with payroll processing and month-end close
• Partner with project managers to maintain accurate job cost records

What You Bring

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience within construction
• Experience with job costing and project-based accounting
• Familiarity with systems like QuickBooks, Sage 100, Yardi, or Timberline
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Team-oriented communication style
