Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations by managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll through ADP, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting day-to-day accounting functions in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Manage payroll processing through ADP
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist with monthly and year-end accounting activities
• Prepare reports and support financial recordkeeping
• Enter and maintain accounting data in Great Plains
• Work closely with internal accounting staff and external tax professionals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
• ADP payroll experience required
• Great Plains experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Legal industry experience is not required
