+ Overview

Our Operations Manager(s) are responsible for supporting the General Managers and Restaurant Development Specialist in leading operational and relational excellence of the restaurant and upholding Centennial Hospitality Group’s (CHG) standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading our crew, caring for our community, and shaping the culture of our restaurants.

You’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—making sure everything runs smooth, the team stays sharp, and every guest leaves happy (and planning their next visit).

Expectation of Hours:

  • 45-55 hours per week in addition to the availability to resolve situations necessitating urgent attention.
  • Active management of the highest volume shifts. 
  • Availability to assist with food truck shifts, community events, and catering as needed.

+ Education, Experience, and Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years previous restaurant experience required with 3+ years in a General Management position, 3+ years in a multiunit manager is required (including QSR, fast casual or full-service)
  • Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management.
  • Multi-brand management experience preferred.
  • Significant experience in Kitchen Operations focused on Safe Food Handling & Workplace practices and efficiency, Hospitality/Customer Service, Leadership Training and Development, and Administrative and BOH Software Management. AP, Inventory, and New Restaurant Openings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to manage multiple locations, leaders, and personalities.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to drive market and operations strategy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities/ deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
  • Physical requirements: prolonged periods of sitting or standing, ability to lift 50+ lbs., reach above your head, and lift below the waistline.
  • Must have vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

+ Physical Duties:

  • Travel: Extensive driving to locations. Frequent travel, potentially including overnight stays.
  • Navigating various terrains and weather conditions.
  • Walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Carrying and transporting sales materials or product samples.
  • Potential for lifting or moving moderate to heavy objects (depending on the industry).
  • Bending, stooping, and reaching on grills and fryers as needed or in kitchen/ bar environments.
  • Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Setting up and dismantling product displays.
  • Physically demonstrating product features.
  • General Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to maintain physical stamina throughout the workday.
  • Adequate vision and hearing for communication and driving.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments
  • Lift 20-30 pounds
  • Ability to grasp and reach with hands.
  • Ability to work around heated, warm environments working with grills and fryers.
